Can’t access your number?

Email contact@textmahjong.com. Include the phone number on your account and tell us whether you need to change your number, cancel your membership, or delete your data.

If you paid for a membership, use the email you entered at checkout if you still have access to it. We’ll help verify that the account belongs to you before making changes.

Please don’t send login codes, passwords, or full card details.

Cancel your membership

If you can sign in, open Your membership and choose Manage or cancel membership. Otherwise, email us to request cancellation.

Texting STOP pauses texts; it does not cancel your membership.

Delete your coaching data

Email us to request deletion. Tell us if you also want to cancel your membership. We’ll confirm the request and explain any records that need to remain.
